MEDITATION FOR WORLD PEACE1.
I received this meditation from my friend and colleague Martha Hoey, Artist and Intuitive Healer.

1. Breathe in "Peace of Mind is Mine." Exhale expressing Ahhh.
Do this aloud until you feel the relaxation response.

2. Breathe in Rose Quartz + " I am Source aligned, Earth oriented.
Exhale withAhhh + the colour Violet until you feel the relaxation response.

3. Breathe in Violet + "I am present" + Divine Orchestration.
Exhale Violet + Ahhh until you feel the relaxation response.

4. Breathe in Rose Quartz + I am + Your name + The current date + express your positive pro active life choices + so be it.
Examples of positive pro active life choices are as follows:
"I am free. So be it."
"I am fully resourcing my truth and love. So be it."
"I am peaceful, relaxed, radiant. So be it."
"I love and approve of my self. So be it."
"I accept my own self supportive ways. So be it."
"I am present. So be it."
"I am active and aware for my life's positive awakening. So be it."

5. Say Aloud " Peace of mind is Mine." + Breathe in Gold + remind yourself of your gifts. Examples: I love to help myself and others. I am creative. I am active. I am self approving.
When you feel the relaxation response, put some music on and dance or go for a walk in nature or hug a tree, say hi to a friend, and participate with your life.

ALL IS WELL AS YOU ON AN INDIVIDUAL LEVEL CREATE PEACE.
SO "BE" IT.
