    MENOPAUSE NATURALLY
    Although menopause is a natural biological experience like puberty, menstration, and birth, it is often poorly understood. During the menopausal years, 90% of women may experience hot flashes, irregular periods, night sweats, and insomnia.

    We do have choices: understanding how stress and overall health affect our experience of menopause, puts us in the driver's seat.

    This workshop includes:
